The Grand Canyon Skywalk look-out glass bridge is a $30-million dollar glass-bottomed platform reinforced by steel, and is suspended more than 1,200 meters above the canyon floor; extending out about 20 meters from the western rim of the canyon. Its height above the canyon floor is more than twice the height of the world’s tallest building.
