Also, our website will state if there is an additional charge for a service (Grand Canyon Skywalk is advertised as optional which means you can decide if you want to add that to your tour itinerary, if so it is $35 per person). We don’t want you to be surprised at the check-in terminal either. We strive very hard to offer you all-inclusive pricing.

All of our tours are already discounted off the normal retail (hotel concierge) prices. We also do not charge fuel charges or taxes or any further fees. We guarantee the lowest all inclusive prices and when senior/child prices are available you will see them listed on the information pages. Unfortunately, we cannot offer small groups, travel agents or seniors additional discounts on the tours. If you are looking to reserve your tour last minute (usually traveling within 24 – 48 hours of your booking) Please understand that we do NOT discount any last minute seats.

Availability cannot be automatically checked prior to processing your reservation request. We cannot give you availability information over the phone. Please understand that usually during peak season (spring, summer and fall and holiday weekends), Grand Canyon bus tours sell out by the day before (usually by 2 pm.). Airplane and helicopter tours are almost NEVER available the same week during those time periods. They tend to sell out 2-3 weeks in advance. When reserving any air or helicopter tour, we advise you under special requests to let us know of other times and dates you can travel. Sometimes we get lucky and have a few seats available for your alternate dates and times.

All our tours pickup at the following hotels and most major hotels in between (behind the major hotels, Koval Lane, paradise Rd, Industrial Rd)… downtown Golden Nugget, Circus Circus, Stratosphere, Treasure Island, Bellagio and The Excalibur. If you are staying in a time share several miles from the strip (Las Vegas Blvd), or at a lesser known hotel/motel, you will most likely need to get a taxi to one of the major hotel pickup points. We do not pickup at the airport or near the airport. We do NOT pickup in Henderson (or Summerlin). If you live here in Las Vegas, we will have you meet at Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino.

Please do not contact us to inquire whether or not your hotel is one of the pickup points. If we can schedule a pickup at your hotel we will do so, otherwise it will be a pickup point closest to where you are staying (usually next door or across the street).

Yes! We still make the stop even though most tour companies in Las Vegas do not. Reserve with us and enjoy a 5 to 15 minute photo stop of Hoover Dam from the Arizona Lookout. This is only available for West Rim Bus Tours.

The South Rim Bus Tour does NOT make a stop at Hoover Dam, but views of the Dam can be seen from the bus as it crosses over the Bypass Bridge on the return.

Sorry no. The front seats of the bus are usually given to the physically challenged, elderly or women who are well into their pregnancies. Front seats are not reserved for people who suffer motion sickness.

Yes. Vegetarian meals are available at the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. You can also get vegetarian meals on the South Rim Bus tour. No special requests are needed. It is always available. Menu options can change day to day. We are unable to tell you exactly what vegetarian menu choices are being served on the day of your tour, please find comfort in knowing that there are delicious vegetarian options being served.
