This is the ONE Las Vegas helicopter tour that let’s you see the best that Southern Nevada has to offer. You depart from Las Vegas Boulevard South near the Mandalay Bay Resort and go straight to magnificent Hoover Dam. But getting there is half the fun because you first have to fly past Fortification Hill (a dormant volcano) and Lake Mead, the largest man-made reservoir in the American southwest.
After the Lake, Hoover Dam comes into view and it’s quite a sight. Unlike airplanes, helicopters can hover, and you’re pilot will do just that so you get the best angles and lighting! Then it’s back across the Mohave Desert to Las Vegas.
The helicopter will go to the North of the boulevard and bank around the Stratosphere Tower (the largest structure of its kind west of the Mississippi!). Now you’re heading south as the lights of Las Vegas power up and give you a full-on neon light show. Take it from us, these sunset-neon flights will amaze you.
The aircraft goes over Paris’ Eiffel Tower, Bellagio’s dancing fountains, City Center’s glittering chrome high-rises, the NY NY skyline, MGM’s Emerald City, Excalibur’s medieval castle and Luxor’s pyramid before landing.
This is a spectacular tour and taking it to the next level is the fact that it comes with free stretch limousine to pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. So if you’re celebrating a special occasion, this is the flight for you.
