Tour Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
When booking with Paradise Found Tours, a small non-refundable deposit is charged by us immediately online. It is approximately 20% – 25% of the total. Once confirmed and your party is added to the manifest, the remaining balance is then charged by the tour company.This is almost always done at the end of the same day
Tours may be changed (subject to availability), or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure for refund of the balance only. Cancellations under 48 hours of departure are 100% non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. No exceptions.
To cancel, reschedule or make hotel pickup changes for any tour, you can email us at reservations. (the same email address you received your confirmation from). Changes must be in writing (email) and not by phone.
Please DO NOT use Social Media (Facebook) to request a refund. Please email us.
Refunds when approved are usually credited within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are only credited to the same card that was used to make the reservation.
Please note: Certain refund requests may take longer to allow us time to investigate, and will be responded to within 5 – 7 business days.
Paradise Found Tours reserves the right to refuse new reservations if we believe the customer is acting fraudulent, abusive in nature, or for any other reason that is not in the best interest of our company. We reserve the right to to cancel an existing reservation if the user is rude, vulgar, intoxicated, argumentative or obscene with any member of our staff.
Our service providers reserve the right to substitute vehicles based on operational needs (i.e. off-season, maintenance etc.). Free WiFi is on the majority of the buses. This is a complimentary service provided for our customers use. As with all Wi-Fi it is unpredictable and at times there is no reception.
Motorized wheelchairs are not allowed on the bus. Only manual wheelchairs allowed. Our drivers and guides are not allowed to assist special-needs passengers as they enter and exit the coach. A family member or friend traveling with you must provide such assistance.
No luggage is allowed on the coach. Small backpack/day bags are allowed and must be stowed under your seat.
Children 2 years of age and younger are free of charge but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and can sit on that person’s lap. Children 3 and older are not free of charge and a full-fare ticket must be purchased for them to participate in the tour.
Exact time and location of your pickup are provided at time of booking in your trip confirmation email. Unfortunately there is no pickup in the suburbs or several miles either side of Las Vegas Blvd. (Summerlin, Henderson etc).
