Hotel Pickup: Complimentary pick-up service available from most Las Vegas hotels on the strip. Please advise pick-up hotel at time of booking. (Note: There are no pickups 8 miles out in the Summerlin Area), Cosmopolitan guests are picked up at the Bellagio (5-10 minute walk). Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.

Typical itinerary:

• Clients are picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 1 – 1 1/2 hours prior to departure due to time of day and traffic conditions.
• Clients arrive at Boulder Terminal for check-in.
• Clients board the airplane approximately 10 minutes before departure and fly over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West. Flight time is approximately 1 hour.
• Deplane the aircraft and board motorcoach for return to hotel.
• Approximate time from hotel pick-up to hotel drop-off is 3 hours.
